About the Role:

Wellcaza School of Health Sciences (WSHS) is inviting direct walk-in candidates for the position of Student Support Associate. This is a full-time, on-campus role that involves daily interaction with students, faculty, and visitors to ensure a smooth academic and administrative experience.

Job Type:

• Full-Time (On-site)
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic and administrative support requirements.
• Coordinate with departments for student-related processes and documentation.
• Maintain student records and manage communication efficiently.
• Provide front-office support and respond to inquiries politely and professionally.
• Ensure a welcoming environment for students and visitors.
• Assisting marketing department for student enrollment follow ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum: Completion of Basic/elementary education(12th Pass). Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory .
• Basic understanding of English (reading and writing).
• Fluent in Malayalam (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Pleasing personality, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• During probation: ₹10,000 per month.
• Post-probation: Salary will be revised based on performance and successful fulfillment of KPIs.
