Job Description

As an Admission Executive at Xylem Learning, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, guiding them through the admission process with clarity, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits. - Offer clear, accurate information about courses, fee structure, and admission procedures. - Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and suggest suitable programs. - Follow up consistently with leads to ensure high conversion rates. - Keep student records updated in the CRM system with attention to detail. - Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth admission experience. - Work towards achieving monthly admission targets. - Provide ongoing support and resolve queries for a positive student experience. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate in any discipline. - Experience: 02 years in admissions, customer service, or sales (preferably in EdTech or educational institutions). - Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong persuasive abilities, proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms, organized, proactive, and fluent in Malayalam and English.
