You will need to maintain updated student records in the CRM system, collaborate with internal teams for a positive admission experience, and work towards achieving monthly admission targets. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline and at least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or sales, preferably in EdTech or educational institutions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to work with MS Office and CRM platforms. Fluency in Malayalam and English is highly preferred.
