We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin, Application & Documentation Officer to support students and counsellors in managing overseas education applications. You will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with universities, and ensuring smooth application and visa processes.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and verify student application forms, transcripts, and supporting documents.
✅ Coordinate with universities (UK, Germany, Ireland & others) for application submissions and status updates.
✅ Assist students with SOPs, LORs, financial documents, and other required paperwork.
✅ Guide students through checklists for visa applications, APS, Uni-Assist, blocked accounts, etc.
✅ Maintain accurate student records in CRM and track deadlines.
✅ Support counsellors during education fairs, seminars, and student meetings.
✅ Provide logistical and administrative support for pre-departure and post-arrival processes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Administration, Commerce, or related field)
Experience: 0–3 years in education, admissions, or administrative roles
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, data management, and multitasking
Knowledge of study abroad processes (applications, visas, scholarships) is a plus
