We seek out relationship with colleges and universities in the United States and provide the international students with a clear path through the application and enrolment process. Wellspring is here to support agents, counsellors and students with their goal of studying in the United States.

We are looking at candidates for the position for Regional Recruitment Representative.

Applications are invited from people based out of New Delhi.


Objective:

  • Market and promote the universities under the Wellspring International Education umbrella.
  • Expand the existing agent network and profitability within the region.
  • Enhance student bookings within the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities via partnerships with schools and agents.
  • Increase the market share and profitability in the designated region.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the annual business development plan for assigned market.
  • Drive the sales in the market in line with company's sales & marketing strategies.
  • Increase student recruitment in the region.
  • Identify and grow the network of agents and developing key partners/ agency accounts of all sizes.
  • Support student enquiries in across multiple locations within North India answering students’ enquiries (e.g. entry requirements, scholarships, etc., application enquiries)
  • Attend the student recruitment exhibitions throughout region.
  • Assist with the conversion of applications from lead to the point of registration.
  • Support processing of applications quickly and efficiently.
  • Support the implementation of processes and systems around Indian student recruitment.
  • Any other duties as directed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, self-driven, developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Evidence of delivery in a customer-focused environment.
  • Target driven and results orientated.
  • Willing to extensively travel during peak recruitment times.
  •  Educated to Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in international student recruitment.
