Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Student Recruitment Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves creating job descriptions, identifying and recruiting talented students, and conducting interviews as part of the hiring process. The ideal candidate will coordinate recruitment activities, communicate effectively with candidates, and assist in building a robust talent pipeline for the organization. Collaboration with internal teams to meet recruitment targets is key.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Job Description Development and understanding recruitment processes
• Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Experience in student recruitment initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
