Role Purpose

The Student Recruitment Advisor supports prospective students by providing accurate programme information and guidance throughout the recruitment journey, from initial enquiry to enrolment. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality, ethical, and student-centred experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, tailored advice to prospective students
• Manage the end-to-end application process from enquiry to enrolment
• Understand student goals and recommend suitable programmes
• Respond to enquiries professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Maintain accurate student records using CRM systems
• Present academic programmes confidently in one-to-one and group settings
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining service quality and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the student experience

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused communication skills
• Experience in consultative sales or student advisory roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Interest or experience in higher or further education
