Student Life Cycle Coordinator

Chitkara University is currently hiring for the position of Student Life Cycle Coordinator within its Centre for Global Education (CGE). This role is pivotal in enhancing the student experience by ensuring seamless coordination across various departments and supporting both academic and cultural events.

Key Responsibilities:-

Coordination and Support

• Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Assist in organizing and executing orientation and onboarding events, working closely with various teams to support event logistics.
• Collaborate with cultural and academic event coordinators to provide necessary administrative support.

Data Entry and Administrative Tasks

Student Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for student inquiries, providing them with relevant information and guidance regarding student activities
• Coordinate with different departs regarding student engagement activities

Coordinate with Branding and Marketing Efforts

International Program Assistance at CGE

Excellent communication skills
