Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Communicate with students and trainers to schedule and manage sessions. Maintain and update student databases, attendance records, and feedback reports. Support in resume building, interview scheduling, and job portal updates. Help manage social media posts and content for promoting training programs. Provide administrative support to the placement team. Research and identify potential hiring companies or partners. Preferred Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Eligibility Students pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation. Interest in HR, Training, Career Counseling, or Education Management domains. Benefits Certificate of Internship. Letter of Recommendation (performance-based).
