Lead Qualification: Focus on qualifying in-progress, event-generated leads by confirming interest, gathering additional information, and assessing their potential.
Lead Assignment: Once leads are qualified, the team member will pass them to the respective team members.Event Outreach Support: Support outreach activities by calling leads to invite and confirm participation in seminars, masterclasses, webinars, and other events.Review and analyze incoming leads generated from events and other sources.Contact leads to confirm their interest and gather additional information about their needs and requirements.Assess the potential of leads based on their fit with the company's target market and products/services.Qualify leads and determine their readiness to move forward in the sales process.Lead Assignment:Pass qualified leads to the respective team members for further follow-up and sales activities.Ensure a smooth transition of leads between teams to maintain continuity and maximize conversion rates.Event Outreach:Support outreach activities by calling leads to invite them to seminars, masterclasses, webinars, and other events.Confirm attendance and provide any necessary information or logistics.Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet registered.Data Management:Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, qualifications, and assignments.Update the CRM system with relevant lead information.Prepare reports and analyses on lead qualification and outreach activities.
