As a Relationship Manager, your core mission is to maximize school participation in the Fair by building and nurturing strong relationships with schools, principals, and teachers. You will be at the heart of a movement that helps young students become published authors. Key Responsibilities Reach out to schools across India and introduce them to the National Young Authors Fair. Ensure maximum registration and publishing participation from each school onboarded. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and teachers. Act as the primary point of contact for schools, resolving queries and ensuring smooth participation. Represent BriBooks and NYAF with professionalism, clarity, and passion. Requirements Exceptional communication skills. Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with educators. Driven, persuasive, and confident in holding conversations with school leadership. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schools and follow-ups.
