Role Description

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and assist students in their academic and career choices.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and education stakeholders.
• Customer Service skills to provide a positive and supportive experience for all clients.
• Knowledge of the Education sector and academic pathways, along with the ability to stay updated on educational trends.
• Empathy, active listening, and adaptability to address a diverse range of student concerns and aspirations.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
