Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Rajahmundry. The Student Counselor will guide students in selecting academic and career paths, provide tailored career counseling, and address their educational queries. Responsibilities include offering personalized support, maintaining excellent communication with students and guardians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying informed about educational trends and opportunities. Qualifications Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and assist students in their academic and career choices. Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and education stakeholders. Customer Service skills to provide a positive and supportive experience for all clients. Knowledge of the Education sector and academic pathways, along with the ability to stay updated on educational trends. Empathy, active listening, and adaptability to address a diverse range of student concerns and aspirations. Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
