Student Counselor

Role Overview: As a Student Counsellor, your primary responsibility will be to guide students in selecting the right courses based on their career goals and interests. This role will involve counseling students and parents, follow-ups with prospective students, and coordinating with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process. The ideal candidate for this position should be proactive, target-driven, and passionate about helping students achieve their educational aspirations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide counseling to students and parents about the courses offered and career opportunities available. - Understand students" educational backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to suggest suitable courses. - Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings. - Assist students in the admission process, including application form submission and documentation. - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and inquiries. - Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth student onboarding. - Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth. Qualifications Required: - Experience in sales for at least 1 year (Preferred). - Experience in counseling for at least 1 year (Preferred).,
