Role Overview

We are onboarding Freelance Student Counsellors who can independently assess, decide, and guide students through academic stress, confusion, and lack of direction.

This is not a volume-calling role. You will work with serious students who need clarity, structure, and honest guidance.

If your style is only motivational or overly therapeutic without direction, this will not be a fit.

What You Will Do Student Counselling & Guidance

• Conduct 1-on-1 online counselling sessions (school/college students).
• Understand academic pressure, indecision, fear, and overload.
• Help students:
• Gain clarity on goals
• Reduce anxiety and confusion
• Make realistic academic or career decisions

Independent Judgment & Decisions

• Diagnose the real issue (emotional, academic, habit-related).
• Decide:
• Whether the student needs counselling, mentoring, or academic restructuring
• When to push, pause, or reset expectations
• Provide direct, grounded guidance—no false reassurance.

Coordination

• Share brief session summaries with the core team (when required).
• Flag high-risk cases early (burnout, withdrawal, extreme pressure).

• Prior experience handling student stress or academic confusion.
• Online counselling experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,685.15 - ₹37,368.45 per month
