Job Summary

Leobiss International is hiring female Student Counsellors with a confident personality, strong communication skills, and a professional attitude. We are looking for presentable, people-oriented individuals who can effectively counsel students and parents and grow professionally along with the organization.

Candidates with BPO / voice process / customer interaction experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on MBBS and study abroad programs
• Communicate confidently in English and Malayalam
• Handle calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries professionally
• Build strong rapport and trust with students and families
• Convince and guide students ethically towards suitable programs
• Perform regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and processing
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates

Required Skills & Personal Attributes

• Strong English and Malayalam communication skills (mandatory)
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality
• Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills
• Experience in BPO / voice process / customer service is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the education consultancy field
• Positive attitude with a long-term career mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Experience in student counselling, BPO, sales, or customer service preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills and personality may be considered
