Job Summary: The Student Admission Counselor is a crucial frontline representative of LiTMS, responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the entire admission process. This role involves proactive engagement, providing accurate and comprehensive information about programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities. The Admission Counselor will play a key role in achieving enrollment targets by fostering strong relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and supportive application journey for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Recruitment & Outreach:
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their parents/guardians via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Conduct engaging and informative counseling sessions (one-on-one, group, online) to showcase the institution's programs, facilities, and benefits.
• Participate actively in recruitment events, education fairs, school visits, open houses, seminars, and other outreach activities across India.
• Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels and convert them into successful enrollments.
• Admissions Process Management:
• Provide detailed and accurate information on academic programs, admission requirements, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarship options, and application deadlines.
• Guide students meticulously through the application process, assisting with form filling, document submission, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Follow up consistently with prospective students at various stages of the admission funnel to address queries, provide updates, and facilitate decision-making.
• Coordinate and schedule entrance exams, interviews, and other admission-related assessments.
• Collaborate closely with the admissions committee and other departments (e.g., academic, finance) to ensure a seamless admission and enrollment experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

• Commission pay
