Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Tele Counseling prospective students to educate about the various educational platforms we offer
Guide students on selecting the most appropriate course considering students profile
Create awareness amongst parents and students on how we are unique and the benefits of joining our
organization.
Assist students in filling application form online / offline and completing admission formalities
Offer assistance end to end from registration to admission of the student.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Maintain records of clients feedback during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff and to
improve our services.
Manage In-bound and Out-bound Calls effectively & efficiently

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers can also apply
Experience with (1-5yrs) will be added advantage.
Excellent Communication Skills
Good Convincing Capability.
Ability to do meaningful conversation with students/Parents
Good Attitude with steep learning curve
Telugu, English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali Languages are preferred.

Qualifications:

Full Time Graduate/ Postgraduate with Good Communication.
Multilingual (Proficiency in English, Hindi & Telugu) Proficiency in any of the regional languages is an added advantage.
