Student Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Student Counsellor who will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and guardians to promote our institution's programs and courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and guardians to promote our institution's programs and courses
- Provide information about our institution, its programs, and courses to prospective students and parents- Handle inquiries and respond to questions from prospective students and parents- Generate leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into admissions- Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and admissions converted- Collaborate with other team members to achieve admissions targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
