Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The Student Counsellor will guide students in selecting the most suitable course, country, and university based on their academic profile and career aspirations. The role includes providing support with visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and migration processes.

Key responsibilities include conducting academic and career counseling sessions, offering tailored guidance, coordinating with students and institutions, and assisting with scholarship and job placement services. The counsellor will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful study abroad journey for each student.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in overseas education counseling  
• Strong skills in student and career counseling  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills  
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field  
• Team collaboration ability and effective communication with multiple stakeholders  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
