About the Role

Xylem Learning is looking for driven and target-oriented Student Counselors to join our counselling and sales team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will guide students and parents in making informed academic choices, while driving enrolments and contributing to the growth of Xylem Learning.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in academic counselling, consultative sales, or the education sector—who are passionate about helping learners achieve their academic goals while meeting performance milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents through structured outbound and inbound calls using our in-house lead database.
• Understand academic goals, challenges, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
• Present Xylem Learning’s offerings confidently and persuasively.
• Provide personalized academic counselling to build trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay updated on programs, promotions, and industry trends.
• Share feedback and insights to strengthen lead generation strategies and the overall student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably in the education industry).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed enrolment/sales targets.

Key Skills

• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with students and parents quickly.
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Adaptable with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; English proficiency desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
