Student counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding students, handling inquiries, and supporting them throughout the admission process. Candidates who enjoy communication and helping students choose the right career path will fit well in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with students and parents to explain available courses and career opportunities
• Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, and outbound follow-ups
• Provide accurate information and convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain follow-up communication via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Guide students through documentation and enrollment processes
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
• Update and manage student data in CRM/Excel
• Ensure a positive counselling experience for all students

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months–2 years experience in counselling or sales preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
• Strong communication & interpersonal abilities
• Confident, target-driven, and student-friendly approach
