Job Description

As an Academic Operations Manager, your role involves ensuring the smooth running of all academic batches on a daily basis. This includes allotting batches to students based on the batch mode (Weekdays Batch / Weekend Batch) and managing operational activities like batch formation, faculty coordination, and classroom arrangement. Your responsibility also includes coordinating with students throughout their academic lifecycle and being a problem solver while maintaining impartiality within the team. Additionally, you will be expected to implement new ideas and provide workable suggestions as required by the management. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth running of all academic batches daily - Allot batches to students based on batch mode (Weekdays Batch / Weekend Batch) - Manage operational activities such as batch formation, faculty coordination, and classroom arrangement - Coordinate with students throughout their academic lifecycle - Maintain impartiality towards team members and act as a problem solver - Implement new ideas and provide workable suggestions Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in academic operations management - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and management - Excellent communication and coordination abilities This job offers full-time, permanent benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
