Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and student-friendly Student Coordinator with a strong background in digital marketing training. The ideal candidate will manage student engagement, guide learners throughout their training journey, coordinate between mentors and students, and ensure smooth delivery of the program.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Coordination & Support

• Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout the training program.
• Guide and coordinate students through the learning modules, tasks, and deadlines.
• Assist students with doubts related to digital marketing concepts, assignments, and tools.
• Monitor student progress and performance; ensure timely completion of assignments.

Assignment Review & Feedback

• Review students’ digital marketing assignments (e.g., SEO tasks, ad campaigns, content creation, analytics, etc.).
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.

Mentor & Team Coordination

• Work closely with mentors to ensure smooth scheduling of sessions.
• Share student progress updates with mentors and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist mentors during live sessions or workshops.

Communication & Operations

• Make follow-up calls to students for assignment tracking, session reminders, and engagement.
• Contact and follow up with leads if required.
• Manage student queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, or platform chat.
• Maintain accurate records of student activity, attendance, and progress.

Quality & Experience

• Ensure students have a seamless learning experience on the Launchpad platform.
• Identify engagement gaps and take proactive steps to improve student participation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring digital marketing students (preferred).
• Knowledge in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content, analytics, ads, etc.).
• Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
• Ability to review and evaluate digital marketing assignments.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Comfort with making calls and managing multiple conversations.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms is an added advantage.
