Work Tasks

The student will be assisting with administrative and logistical tasks in connection with the research and dissemination activities of CLIMA. Among the tasks are paralegal work, literature review, updating of centre website, liaising with academics in Denmark and organising centre outreach.

Profile of applicant

CLIMA is looking for a dedicated and excellent student with an interest in the research area of the centre. We need someone who is pragmatic, independent, and focused. The student must be proficient in English. Danish proficiency is an asset but not required. The student needs to feel comfortable working in a team and have good communication skills.

Salary and terms of employment

The student will work between 10-15 hours per week. During the semester, we will of course accommodate working hours to fit with exam related obligations.The period of employment begins as soon as possible.The employment is made in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Danish Ministry of Taxation and the Organisations of Public Employees – governmental institutions (the OAO-S collective agreement) and under the Professional Agreement for clerical employees, laboratory technicians and IT officers in the state. The minimum wage is DKK 142,97 (1 november 2025-level). Your salary will be based on seniority.To be considered for the position, you must be enrolled as a student at university level and an active student.
