Key responsibilities for this role include originating financing trades in the North India Market, collaborating closely with Sales/Coverage and Origination teams to deliver bespoke credit solutions, structuring financing trades, meeting set P&L targets, monitoring ongoing trades, creating/reviewing term sheets and deal execution materials, obtaining relevant internal approvals, tracking industry/financial market developments for financing opportunities, conducting due diligence on underlying companies, and assisting in de-risking/sell down to potential investors.
