Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Originating financing trades in North India Market
To work closely with Sales/Coverage and Origination and helps deliver bespoke credit solutions
Structuring financing trades

Will have responsibility for meeting set P&L targets

Responsibility for monitoring ongoing trades and be involved in the creation / review of term sheets, deal execution materials and de-risking materials

Will also have responsibility obtaining relevant internal approvals
Track latest developments in the industry / financial markets and identify any financing opportunities for DB to participate

Conduct due diligence on the underlying companies

Assist in de-risking / sell down to potential investors
