Now, we’re looking for a talented Structural Engineer – Formwork Design to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

🔎 Role Overview

As a Structural Engineer (Formwork Design), you will lead the structural design and analysis of advanced formwork systems used in concrete construction. This role is dedicated exclusively to formwork engineering, ensuring safety, stability, and cost-effectiveness in every project.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Perform structural analysis & design for formwork in high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects.
• 
  
• Develop preliminary & final formwork design schemes based on construction sequencing and loads.
• 
  
• Design custom formwork solutions for complex geometries and site challenges.
• 
  
• Calculate load capacities, deflection limits & safety factors as per IS, Eurocodes & ACI.
• 
  
• Optimize designs for material efficiency, safety & ease of assembly.
• 
  
• Prepare fabrication drawings & assembly layouts with CAD engineers.
• 
  
• Provide technical support during fabrication and execution.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).
• 
  
• 6–8 years of experience in formwork structural design.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of aluminium, steel, timber, and modular formwork systems.
• 
  
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, RFEM, Revit (or similar).
• 
  
• Solid understanding of IS Codes, Eurocodes & ACI standards.
• 
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical & teamwork skills.
