Job Title: Corporate Trainer - Structural Design
Location: Mylapore, Chennai
Experience: 3+ years
Education: M.Tech in Structural Design or equivalent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager Structural Design with a strong background in structural engineering and hands-on expertise in tools such as STAAD, ETABS, TEKLA, SAP2000, and SAFE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for software development for Digital Building Platforms (DBP), curriculum design, and trainer enablement, with deputation to the Structural Solutions Group (SSG).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of structural engineering-related software solutions for DBP.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SSG, software developers, and design engineers.

• Design and develop curriculum and training modules for internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery standards.

• Translate structural design principles into user-centric software functionalities.

• Gather user feedback and continuously improve the product and training experience.

• Ensure product features align with industry standards, codes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech & M.Tech in Structural Design or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering and/or software development.

• Proficient in STAAD, ETABS, TEKLA, SAP2000, SAFE, and other structural design tools.

• Strong understanding of structural analysis, design codes, and modeling practices.

• Experience in curriculum development and technical training is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, project management, and team coordination skills.
