Structural Design Engineer/ Coordinator

As a Structural Engineer cum Design Coordinator, your primary role will involve leading, coordinating, and managing the design and execution aspects of structural engineering works. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a Design Coordinator and facilitating communication between the design team, concessionaire, and PMC team for ongoing projects. - Understanding the design prepared by the Design consultant and ensuring seamless execution by coordinating with related stakeholders. - Collaborating with the site execution team to address technical queries and ensure that design intent is successfully implemented. - Providing support in resolving design-related issues during both pre-construction and construction stages. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role: - Detailed understanding of structural design drawings and construction methodologies. - Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD is preferred. - Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and resolve technical conflicts. - In-depth knowledge of all structural design codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Excellent coordination and communication skills, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Preferred Background: - Previous experience working as a Structural Design engineer. - Candidates with similar execution experience will be given preference.
