Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform FE modeling and meshing of structural components using HyperMesh.
Develop models and conduct linear and nonlinear static analysis using abaqus and Nastran or other solvers.
Develop models and perform modal, buckling, Bolt joint, and fatigue analysis as per project requirements.
Document and present findings in technical reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

2 to 6 years of experience in FEA and CAE analysis in a heavy engineering domain.
Strong expertise in HyperMesh for 2D, 3D, mid-surfacing, meshing, and quality checks.
Basic knowledge of Abaqus for structural analysis and optimization.
Experience with linear and nonlinear analysis of metallic and composite structures.
Familiarity with material properties, boundary conditions, and loads in heavy engineering applications.
Knowledge of solvers like Abaqus, Nastran, or OptiStruct is a plus.
Understanding of fatigue life estimation is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
