Strength Analysis Manager/Leader(OEM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work experience: 13 to 15 years
• Planning and progress management for business implementation
• Reviewing business results and formulating method improvement plans.
• Manage a development team for durability and strength performances
• Tentative 3 months to 6 months of deputation/training in Japan

Mandatory Skill:

• Experience working on automobile Strength/Durability at an automotive OEM company.

(With more than 5 years of experience using NX software/CAD creation software, Hyper Mesh, LS-DYNA, MSC Nastran-SOL101, SOL111, SOL112)

• Knowledge of material mechanics and automobile structure
• Experience as manager of a development team for durability and strength performance of automobiles
• Experience in performance development other than durability and strength of automobile bodies
• Japanese conversation ability
• Ambitious and actively take on the challenge of improving your skills while valuing teamwork.
• Development experience in automotive OEM.
