Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth in the broking vertical of the life insurance business. This role involves providing market insights, supporting business planning, and collaborating with leadership to ensure alignment between strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Drive Timely Renewals & Retention:

  Ensure all policies due for renewal are tracked and processed on time to maintain customer retention and minimize policy lapses.

• Coordinate with Brokers & Internal Teams:

  Collaborate with broking partners and internal departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, etc.) for seamless execution of the renewal process.

• Monitor Renewal Performance Metrics:

  Track key indicators such as renewal rates, turnaround time, and retention percentages to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop & Implement Renewal Strategies:

  Design and execute strategies to improve renewal outcomes, including customer engagement plans, broker incentives, and targeted communication.

• Ensure Compliance & Documentation Accuracy:

  Maintain proper documentation and ensure all renewal activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines for audit readiness and operational transparency.

Required Experience:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
• Exposure to broking and strategy is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  PowerPoint

• Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively
