As an Innovation Strategist at Ekya Schools, your role will involve streamlining operations, enhancing stakeholder experience, and increasing revenue. You will be instrumental in recognizing opportunities for innovation and implementing strategies to maintain a competitive edge over competitors. Key Responsibilities: - Encourage cooperation among internal departments to ensure alignment and examine market trends to develop competitive strategies. - Oversee risk management and collaborate with executive management to identify service gaps and enhance service offerings. - Liaise with vendors for negotiations impacting new development and represent the organization at conferences or trade shows. - Utilize analytical skills to evaluate internal structure, business processes, and IT infrastructure for improvements. - Mentor and coach employees in innovative strategies, design programs for building innovative strategies, and identify opportunities for innovation within the organization. - Develop a global business perspective by researching and analyzing international business practices. - Apply integrated coaching techniques, examine market strategies, and explore breakthroughs in social responsibility and sustainability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is essential, with a preference for a master's degree. - Relevant work experience in managing cross-functional teams and innovation initiatives is beneficial.
