Strategy Execution Manager

As the Assurance Strategy Execution Manager at RSM, your primary role will involve driving the execution of assurance strategy, initiatives, and operational effectiveness. You will work closely with leaders of assigned service lines and strategic priorities to understand and document strategic goals, facilitate collaborative planning processes, and design strategy meetings. Your responsibilities will include aligning the organization to support the strategy, communicating progress on strategy to leadership and the organization, and monitoring and adjusting the strategy as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Set the strategy by collaborating with leaders and documenting strategic goals - Align the organization to support the strategy by ensuring all areas are in alignment - Communicate strategy and progress to leadership and the organization through a communication plan - Monitor and adjust the strategy by organizing review meetings and tracking progress with metrics - Ensure execution of strategic initiatives by setting achievable milestones and goals - Drive operational optimization related to practice areas including process improvement and financial reporting - Act as a leader on the assurance strategy execution team, collaborating with other managers and contributing to national strategic priorities - Lead special projects as requested by Assurance Leaders and Strategy Execution Leader Qualifications Required: - Indian Bachelors degree (required) - Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to operate in a matrix environment - Strong relationship-building skills and active listening abilities - Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and presentation - Proven project management and problem-solving skills - Well-versed in technology and strategy development - 5+ years of experience in a relevant role - Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels and work effectively in a complex environment - High levels of professionalism, personal honesty, integrity, and ethics If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role in a company that values its employees, RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
