As a Strategy Consultant at EY's Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge consulting and advisory services to some of the largest enterprises across the globe. Our technology practice is recognized as a leader in leveraging business and technology to drive strategic business-led, tech-enabled end-to-end transformation. We work with clients across all major industries, helping guide them to achieve business success while delivering strategic IT value. You will be responsible for devising creative new strategies based on trends, insights, and data at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs. Your role will involve advising clients on resetting, reimagining, and rethinking their business and operating models with tech-enabled, cutting-edge solutions that drive performance across the enterprise. Additionally, you will drive enterprise tech vision and strategy in alignment with corporate and business unit strategies, customer focus, and solution teams, aiming to optimize technology spend for improved cost, agility, productivity, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include understanding the business strategy and translating it into an enterprise-wide technology vision and strategy aligned with strategic growth priorities. You will analyze value chains, business capabilities, strategic objectives, KPIs, processes, and underlying systems to identify optimization opportunities through tech-enabled solutions. Your role will also involve guiding clients through large, enterprise-wide transformations, working closely with IT and business leadership to shape and guide IT strategic agendas. To qualify for this role, you must have a strong academic background with a BE/B.Tech and MBA from top Tier-1 B-schools, along with a background in Strategy Consulting from top-tier firms and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide transformations. Experience in industry sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare/Pharma, Telecom, or e-commerce is preferred. Additionally, you should have demonstrated experience in driving business and technology workshops, assessing IT operating models, managing IT governance frameworks, and analyzing data to provide meaningful insights. Skills in areas such as business innovation, IT strategy and planning, cloud technologies, and emerging technologies will be beneficial for this role. Overall, you should possess strong communication skills, the ability to lead client interactions, develop trusted relationships, and drive thought leadership in technology strategy. Your role will also involve managing engagement teams, developing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the TST Strategy practice at EY.
