You will be joining Grapes Worldwide, an Integrated Communication agency specializing in Story-Enabled Growth. The agency focuses on utilizing communication and technology to drive both Brand and Business Growth. With a team of 250 individuals in 5 offices across Delhi, London, UAE, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, Grapes Worldwide has been successfully operating for 8 years. Your primary role as a Strategic Planner will involve developing and implementing strategic plans that align with client objectives. This will require leveraging research insights and collaborating with creative and account teams to deliver impactful communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research in areas such as Brand, Category, and Consumer - Understand client briefs and identify challenges for Brand Research - Analyze competitors for Category Research - Conduct primary and secondary research to define consumer perceptions for Consumer Research - Create Brand & Campaign Strategies - Develop digital strategies across various media channels - Establish KPIs for tracking progress - Manage client relationships - Contribute to leadership development, new business strategies, and training programs Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic planning within a communication or advertising agency - Strong analytical skills - Excellent communication abilities - Proficiency in integrated strategy - Leadership qualities The role may involve national and international travel for research purposes.
