Role Description: We are in search of an experienced Strategic Visual Communications and Content Designer with a background in the consulting industry. This role requires a unique combination of creative design abilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the consulting business landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing compelling content and collateral tailored to consulting firms and their clients, playing a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and enhancing client engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce various client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, reports, and digital assets in alignment with our company's brand. - Utilize industry knowledge to inform content strategies and visual storytelling that resonate with clients and stakeholders in the management consulting sector. - Collaborate closely with teams to translate complex concepts into visually engaging content. - Conduct research on industry trends to maintain cutting-edge content and design practices. - Manage the end-to-end content creation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field; additional education or certifications relevant to management consulting are preferred. - 3+ years of professional experience in design and content creation, with at least 2 years in the management consulting industry. - Comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in visually compelling content creation for consulting firms. - Proficiency in design software and understanding of content management systems and digital design tools. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with consulting professionals. - Strategic thinker connecting design and content strategies to business objectives and client needs.
