As a Strategic People Business Partner at ABC Fitness, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness, talent assessment, and change management initiatives to support business success and growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with executives to align people strategy with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth. - Acting as a strategic thought partner to leadership, offering insights on talent strategy and organizational design. - Leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and talent management strategies. - Designing scalable org structures to support rapid growth and evolving business needs. - Leading change management efforts to support organizational transformation. - Developing talent strategies to build high-performing teams and ensure talent retention. - Guiding leadership in succession planning, leadership development, and key talent retention. - Championing company values and fostering a high-performance culture. - Collaborating with other HRBPs to share best practices and provide cross-functional support. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR role. - Experience in a fast-paced, private equity-backed, or high-growth company. - Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. - Strong change management experience and the ability to influence transformation. - Data-driven mindset with analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action. - Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
