As a Strategic People Business Partner at ABC Fitness, you will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent assessment, and change management initiatives to facilitate business success. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with executives to align people strategy with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth for the company. Leveraging your expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent optimization, you will support scalability and efficiency to meet ambitious growth goals. Your key duties will include offering strategic insights and recommendations on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design to leadership. By utilizing data and analytics, you will drive decision-making processes, workforce planning strategies, and talent management initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing scalable and efficient organizational structures that support rapid growth, leading change management efforts, and implementing talent strategies to build high-performing teams. To excel in this role, you should possess 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR role. Experience in a fast-paced, private equity-backed, or high-growth company is preferred. Your expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, along with strong change management skills, will be essential. Furthermore, you should have the ability to partner with C-suite and senior leadership, drive transformation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
