As the Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing key strategic initiatives for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability for the company
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans
• Monitor and track progress of initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior management
• Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges in the execution of initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals to ensure successful execution of initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic planning or business development role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team

• Has done some line roles with execution experience

• Good bandwidth to absorb / understand various dimensions of business – generalist

• Understanding of business performance
• Strong financial acumen

• Assertive yet tactful to be able to get work done
• Really good outside in thinking and a flair for numbers
• High impact communication and influencing skills since the role requires interactions with the regional leadership team and at times with corporate stakeholders
