About the Role

Mega Calibre Enterprises is seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Pre-Sales Executives to support our diverse portfolio of projects across the ITeS domains like Variable data printing, E communication, Utility Spot billing & revenue collection, University Student management, Recruitment and Manpower outsourcing sectors. Mega is working in both private and public sectors.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client coordination, proposal preparation, and pre-sales documentation to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industry segments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information for bids and tenders.
• Support pre-sales activities, including client follow-ups and pipeline management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Contribute to revenue growth through proactive outreach and strong client engagement.
• Assist in developing business strategies and presentations for ITeS projects under various government and private initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Pre-Sales within Print, ITeS, Manpower, MRBD, Collection, or Solar industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in proposal preparation, tender documentation, and client servicing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge or prior experience in ITeS solutions, Tender preparation / participation and experience in E-government schemes (preferred).
