Senior Tender Executive / Tender Manager (with GeM Portal Experience)

We are seeking a Senior Tender Executive / Tender Manager with strong experience in handling government and PSU tenders — particularly through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of the entire tendering process — from bid preparation and documentation to submission, follow-up, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tender processes on the GeM portal and other e-procurement sites.
• Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tenders daily from government departments and PSUs.
• Prepare, compile, and submit all technical and financial bid documents accurately and within deadlines.
• Handle online tender submissions, vendor registrations, and documentation renewals on GeM.
• Liaise with internal departments for required inputs — pricing, approvals, technical details, etc.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate with government officials and clients for clarifications, corrigenda, and bid responses.
• Stay updated with GeM portal updates, policies, and digital procurement guidelines.
