Storyteller trainer

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Storytelling Trainer who can empower our sales team to communicate with impact, build deeper connections with clients, and convert conversations into results. The ideal candidate will blend storytelling techniques with practical sales strategies to help our employees craft narratives that inspire trust, influence decisions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct storytelling workshops designed specifically for sales professionals.
• Train the sales team on crafting compelling sales narratives for pitches, product demos, and client meetings.
• Teach techniques for building emotional connections with prospects through stories.
• Coach team members on structuring stories around client pain points, solutions, and outcomes.
• Develop ready-to-use storytelling frameworks for different sales situations.
• Role-play real-life client scenarios and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align storytelling with our brand voice and sales goals.
• Measure and report on training impact (conversion rate improvement, client engagement, meeting success rate).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales trainer, storytelling coach, or communication specialist.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, buyer psychology, and persuasion techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into relatable and memorable stories.
• Experience in delivering interactive workshops (online & in-person).
• Background in sales, marketing, corporate communication, or training preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
