Role Description

full-time remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expressive and dynamic storyboards from scripts that convey emotion, humor, and action.
• Create polished animatics that establish timing, shot flow, camera movement, and story rhythm.
• Visualize character staging, blocking, and scene continuity for animation production.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, and post-production teams to refine visual storytelling.
• Revise boards as needed to align with feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
  

Qualifications

• Strong skills in

  storyboarding

  ,

  drawing

  , and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in

  2D animation principles

  and tools like

  Storyboard Pro

  ,

  Adobe Animate

  ,

  Photoshop

  , or similar.
• Ability to create clear

  concept art

  , shot compositions, and emotional keyframes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with

  anime-inspired or YouTube-style animation

  is a major plus.
• Prior experience in the animation industry is a strong advantage.
