About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creatively driven Concept Artist with strong capabilities in storyboarding and environmental design. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the visual narrative and overall art direction of our projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in storytelling, cinematic composition, and the ability to visualize ideas from script to screen.

Candidates from South India are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and engaging storyboards and animatics from scripts or creative direction.
• Create high-quality concept art for characters, environments, mood pieces, and key visual moments.
• Collaborate closely with directors, art leads, and creative teams to translate story ideas into compelling visuals.
• Maintain consistency in visual style across projects and adhere to the established creative direction.
• Iterate quickly on visual ideas while maintaining a high standard of artistic execution.
• Support pre-production phases with pitch visuals, presentation boards, and exploratory sketches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing storyboard sequences, animatics, and environmental concept art.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, camera language, composition, and perspective.
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Storyboard Pro, Procreate, or equivalent.
• Ability to work with both structured scripts and open-ended creative briefs.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Must be located in Chennai or willing to relocate.
