Maintain Minimum stock for common items. Initiation of PR for required materials. Ensure easy access to retrieve the required materials. Temperature monitoring must be ensured for the storage area. Follow-up and ensure the supply of material as per the schedule mentioned in the purchase order. Receiving materials and dumping in the stores in chronological order.
