Stores and Dispatch Executive

As a Materials Management Executive at Team Ferro Alloys Pvt Ltd (TFAPL), your role involves various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for: - Inspecting inward consignments as per the Purchase Order (PO). - Coordinating quality control during the inspection process. - Preparing Goods Inspection (GI) and Goods Receipt Note (GRN). - Maintaining stock levels based on the Min/Max criteria. - Generating indents and assisting the purchase team in the procurement process. - Issuing materials according to requisitions. - Ensuring proper staging, identification, and traceability of materials. - Coordinating with the marketing team for the dispatch process. - Handling transporters efficiently. - Preparing tax invoices and tracking consignments to meet delivery schedules. Your key skills will include: - Hands-on experience in SAP. - Strong coordination and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM). To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3 to 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing company. - Educational qualifications of B.Com, B.Sc., or MBA in SCM or Materials Management.
