*Manage overall operations of the outlet including sales, staff, and customer service
*Drive store performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs
*Supervise, train, and motivate store staff for optimum performance
*Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
*Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for stock replenishment
*Handle customer escalations and ensure top-notch customer experience
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
*Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
*5 to 8 years of proven experience managing a retail outlet or store
*Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
*Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
*Experience in FMCG sector preferred
*Familiarity with billing systems, inventory software, and store analytics
