Job Title: Store Assistant

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Assistant in inventory and store management. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day store operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain stock levels and reorder items as necessary.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tagging of all inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock requirements.
• Update inventory management system regularly (manual/ERP-based).
• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verifications.
• Handle material return processes and damaged goods appropriately.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock and inventory.

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control practices
• Familiarity with ERP/software tools (if applicable)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th.
• Diploma or certification in Store/Inventory Management (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
